Log old or broken solar equipment
Soon you'll be able to log panels, batteries, charge controllers and inverters here, to have them repaired or to donate them. It will take about two minutes, with no account needed.
- Choose to have it repaired and returned to you, or donate it. Decommissioned systems from companies and institutions are very welcome.
- You get a code like SSL-0042 to write on the item with a marker.
- A trained technician checks it and records what they find.
- If it can be fixed, it's revived. Donated equipment then goes, free, to a school, clinic, farm or home that has asked for it. If it can't be fixed, it's collected and handed to a licensed recycler.
- It works on a weak connection. Your entry waits on your phone and sends when the signal comes back.
